I understand that "not caring" about what people think is alot harder then it sounds. But trust me, when you do stop "caring" everything gets alot easier.
Plus in high school you'll probably be the flavor of the week but it wont last. Don't think kids are gonna care that much for so long. You'll be last weeks news in no time.
If you don't just go for him then one day your gonna think back and wonder "what if".
